Newly built two-storey apartments in mediterranean-style, situated only 20 metres from lake Balaton, fitted with all conveniences are aviable to rent all year round.There are four apartments in our house;two on the ground floor,two on the first floor. Both apartments have got own terrace or balcony with a beautiful view. The house is next to the free beach,in a guiet,peaceful part of the town, near the centre,in a blind alley. There are some restaurants, cafes, snack-bars on the beach,so it is an ideal place for families with young children. In each apartments: There is a living room with TV, SAT,with kitchen units: cooker,fridge,kettle e.t.c. Two bedrooms / a twin room and a double room-spare bed possibly/ for 4 on 5 people,all together up to 20 people in the house. The furnishing is comfortable,new and neat. There is a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. In the terrace /balcony there are some chairs and table with a beautiful view. There is a small garden around the house for barbecue and sunbathing.
